Nothing.

Room smells like animals, stain on the door, dirty shower tower, dirty carpet, and horrible service.

As soon as I entered the room, I regretted it. The overwhelming smell of animals like that room has never been cleaned for at least 6 months. Then I found stain and some other stuff on the bathroom door. Then I found the tower on the tower hanger was dirty, had stains on it. The next morning at 5 AM, the alarm clock went off! I was woken up and realized it was on for everyday at 5 AM! After the room was cleaned the next day, the clean towers still looked stiff and seemed like it might have been cleaned a month ago and looked stiff and unclean. Everything in the room seemed dirty. I almost threw up after half an hour, and had to leave the door open even though it was freezing that day! I stayed as much time as possible outside and checked out as early as I could. ...read more

Our overnight stay was good. The price was good. The hotel was good. It exceeded our expectations. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the Convention Center across the street.
